As a Working Supervisor, you are responsible for leading larger teams within the production environment. You monitor the progress of the process, maintain oversight of quality and planning, and actively support the team on the shop floor when needed.
Your responsibilities include:
You will work within a professional AGF company where fresh products are processed and packaged daily for customers throughout the Netherlands. Quality, efficiency, and teamwork are central. Together with your team, you ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
