Wat ga je doen

For our client, we are looking for an experienced operator who can ensure that the production process runs smoothly and enjoys working in a professional 5-shift system. You will join an environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key priorities.

What will you do?

As an operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production lines. You ensure that the production process runs efficiently and take action whenever necessary.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating and setting up production machines.
  • Monitoring the production process and ensuring quality standards.
  • Identifying and resolving minor technical issues.
  • Performing checks and recording production data.
  • Working together with colleagues to achieve the best results.

Wat ga je verdienen

  • A gross hourly wage of €17.13 per hour.
  • Attractive shift allowances within a 5-shift system (average 37.5% per 4 weeks).
  • A schedule with plenty of time off: 6 days of work followed by 4 days off.
  • An average of 123.5 working hours per 4 weeks.

Wat kun je

  • You have proven experience as an operator in a production environment.
  • You have a technical mindset and enjoy working with machines.
  • You can work independently and take responsibility.
  • You have a good command of the English or Dutch language.
  • If you do not speak Dutch, this is not a problem.
  • You are willing to work in a 5-shift system.
