  • How can I register?

    You can easily register via our website under open registration — or visit one of our offices between 08:30 and 17:00.

  • What should I bring for my registration?
    1. Valid ID
    2. Citizen Service Number (BSN)
    3. Bank card
    4. Health insurance card
    5. Your CV

    And a good mood!

  • How much will I earn?

    It depends on your experience, age, and the client. Different clients have different employment conditions. During your registration, we will explain exactly how it works.

  • Can I work part-time?

    Yes, you can! Part-time jobs are not very common, so just ask our recruiter about the current possibilities.

  • I currently receive benefits. What should I do when I start working?

    We will report your start to the UWV.

    You must inform them yourself that you are working so your benefit stops or is adjusted.


  • What is tax credit (heffingskorting)?

    It’s a reduction on your taxes.

    You can only apply the tax credit with one employer.
    In your payroll tax form, indicate whether you want Veldwerk to apply it.

  • 8. Is Veldwerk a reliable employment agency?

    Absolutely.

    We are NEN 4400-1 certified and comply with all laws and regulations. In addition, we are a member of the NBBU and undergo annual audits.

  • I can’t log in to the app.

    No stress — we’ll fix this quickly. First, try requesting a new password via your email.
    Still not working? Then your account is probably blocked. Please contact your intermediary, and we’ll unlock it for you right away.

  • I don’t see my driver in the app.

    Check your schedule again in EF2GO. Is there really no driver assigned?

    → Until 5:00 PM: call our planning department – 010 - 422 25 33
    → After 5:00 PM: contact your recruiter
    We will make sure you get to work safely.

  • I’m on vacation, but I’m still scheduled. How is that possible?

    Most likely, your vacation hasn’t been officially reported to us. Always request leave with your supervisor at work and register it via the link or QR code to the vacation form. We will enter your vacation into the system so that you can see it in the app.

  • Where can I find my schedule and payslips?

    In the EF2GO app!

    You will receive login details from us by email. Haven’t received anything? Call your intermediary.

  • I live too far from a pick-up point. Can I be picked up at home?

    During your application, you will agree with your recruiter on the pick-up location.

    Home pick-up is not possible, but we will always work with you to find a solution.

  • How does transportation via Veldwerk work?

    Using our transport?

    • Make sure you arrive on time at the pick-up point.
    • Sometimes you return by public transport → always make sure your travel card has enough balance.
    • You can claim public transport costs via our link (you will receive this from your recruiter).
  • How do I get to work?

    Preferably, use your own transport. Not possible? Then we will look together to see if we can arrange transport for you.

  • I have a problem outside working hours. What now?

    In case of a real emergency between 05:30–08:00 AM, call the emergency line: 06-150 934 52.

  • What should I bring to work?
    1. Valid ID (always required)
    2. Any PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety shoes or helmet. Your recruiter or intermediary will inform you about this.
  • Not completely satisfied or is there something you’d like to share with us?

    That can happen. Do you have a complaint, feedback, or something on your mind? Please discuss it first with your regular contact person at Veldwerk. In many cases, we can quickly find a solution together.

    If that doesn’t work out or if you prefer to report it differently, you can email your complaint to info@veldwerkuitzendbureau.nl. We will contact you as soon as possible to look for a suitable solution together. Because at Veldwerk, we are always open to feedback and like to move forward together

  • How do I get paid?

    Salary payments are made exclusively by bank transfer. Veldwerk uses a weekly or four-weekly payment schedule. Payments are processed on Thursday afternoon. Depending on your bank, you will receive the payment on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.

  • How much do I earn as a driver?

    In addition to the agreed gross hourly wage, you usually earn €2 per passenger per day. The exact amount depends on how many people you transport.

  • Why do I pay for transport if I’m entitled to travel allowance?

    Good question!

    This only applies if you receive travel expenses based on the collective labor agreement (CLA) and travel with Veldwerk transport.
    → In that case, we will deduct this allowance so that we can cover the costs of the car or van.
    In the end, the balance will be zero.

  • How do I report that I traveled by metro?

    Please fill in the OV link every week before Sunday evening (you will receive it from your recruiter or intermediary).

  • Can I have my holiday pay paid out weekly?

    Absolutely! Let us know that you want this and sign the form we will prepare for you.

  • When do you pay out holiday pay?

    No later than the first week of June. Or, if you leave employment: within 6 weeks after your last working day.

  • When will my salary be paid?

    Every Thursday, one week after the week you worked. If there is a public holiday, we pay on Friday.

    If you have a phase 3 or 4 contract, we pay you every 4 weeks on a Thursday

  • What does the final settlement look like when I stop working?

    Within 6 weeks, you will receive payment for all your accrued balances:

    • vacation hours
    • holiday allowance
    • any extra/minus hours
    • any pension compensation or other accrued balances

  • When will I receive my annual statement?

    Your annual statement will be available in EF2GO at the beginning of February.

    We will also send it to you by email as soon as it is available.

  • How is working on public holidays paid?

    You will be paid for public holidays according to the CAO or the regulations that apply at the client where you work.

    Your intermediary can tell you exactly which surcharge percentage applies to you.

  • Will I get paid if the company is closed on a public holiday?

    Only if the public holiday is also recognized as a holiday in the CAO or the regulations of the client where you work.
    You will receive this payment only if you have worked at least 7 times on that day of the week during the 13 consecutive weeks prior to the holiday.
    If you have worked for a shorter period, you must have worked more than half of the weeks on that day of the week.

  • I have financial problems. Can you help?

    Contact your intermediary. Together, we will look at what is possible within the rules.

  • What does the transitional law in the new CAO for temporary workers 2026–2028 mean?

    If your total remuneration (excluding the pension scheme) is lower than before January 1, 2026, you will retain the value for 6 months of:

    • 8.33% holiday allowance
    • 16 2/3 hours of vacation per month (for a full-time contract)
  • What applies if I am still sick on 1-1-2026?

    A different transitional law applies, as described in Article 36a, paragraph 5 of the CAO for Temporary Workers. The (amount of) continued payment during sickness remains unchanged.

    As long as you are sick, you also retain the right to 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance.

  • What changes will there be to my pension from January 1, 2026?

    From January 1, 2026, you will have a new pension scheme via StiPP.

    Veldwerk pays 15.9% pension contribution for you. You pay 7.5%, which is deducted from your gross salary (after the deduction of the franchise amount of about €8–€9).
    The contribution is the same for everyone, regardless of age. In addition, you are automatically insured for survivor’s pension and disability, giving you more security now and in the future.

  • Am I equally well off with the new pension scheme as permanent employees?

    Yes. From 2026, your pension accrual will be compared to that of permanent employees at the client. If their pension scheme is better, Veldwerk will compensate the difference. This ensures that you are treated fairly and that flexible work is as rewarding as a permanent contract.

  • What are the payment dates for the 4-weekly payroll?

    Salary payments are made according to the following schedule:

    • Period 1: Thursday, 29 January 2026

    • Period 2: Thursday, 26 February 2026

    • Period 3: Thursday, 26 March 2026

    • Period 4: Thursday, 23 April 2026

    • Period 5: Thursday, 21 May 2026

    • Period 6: Thursday, 18 June 2026

    • Period 7: Thursday, 16 July 2026

    • Period 8: Thursday, 13 August 2026

    • Period 9: Thursday, 10 September 2026

    • Period 10: Thursday, 8 October 2026

    • Period 11: Thursday, 5 November 2026

    • Period 12: Thursday, 3 December 2026

    • Period 13: Thursday, 31 December 2026

    System outages or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause payments to be made later than scheduled. We ask for your understanding.

  • When will I receive a long-term contract?

    After phases 1–2 (approximately 1 year of work), if your performance is satisfactory, you will receive a fixed-term contract.

    Your intermediary will inform you in good time.

  • How can I update my personal information?

    Send your changes to info@veldwerkuitzendbureau.nl.

    We will update them for you.

  • I want to request an employer statement. How do I do that?

    Send an email to info@veldwerkuitzendbureau.nl with:

    • your name
    • your date of birth

    We will arrange it for you.

  • Where can I find my health insurance card or policy number?

    Send an email to info@veldwerkuitzendbureau.nl — we will send your details to you.

  • I’m sick. What should I do?

    Always call us before 9:00 AM on the sick and recovery line: 06-83 99 90 37.

    Do you work very early?
    → 05:30–08:00 AM: emergency line 06-150 934 52.
    We will report your sickness to the client — you don’t need to do this yourself. We do ask you to also call the sick and recovery reporting line between 8:30 and 9:00.

  • When will I receive payment during sickness?

    Rules about payment during sickness depend on the CAO or the regulations that apply at the client where you work. This can differ per assignment. The amount of your sickness pay is also determined by the CAO or the client’s regulations.

    If you become sick while you have no work, a waiting day applies → this means you receive sickness pay from day 2. The exact amount depends on your contract.

  • Why did my contract end during sickness?

    Did you have a fixed-term contract? Then it automatically ends on the end date — even if you are sick.

    You will then leave the company while sick. If you do not yet have other work or benefits, we will still take care of your sickness benefit payment. We stay in contact with you until you are fully recovered.

    As soon as you have recovered and are able to work again, you will be offered a new contract.

  • How do I request a day off?

    First, get approval from your supervisor.

    1. Register your leave via the designated link or QR code.

  • Why can’t I take unpaid leave whenever I want?

    Unpaid leave is only possible if:

    • you have no vacation hours left, and
    • the client agrees.
  • Will I get paid during my vacation?

    Yes — if you have built up enough vacation hours.

    If you take a longer vacation and don’t have enough hours, it will be unpaid leave.

  • Can I request a voucher for a course (Dutch, English, forklift, etc.)?

    A few times a year, you will receive an email from us when new training vouchers are available via Doorzaam.

    You can register via the link in the email.
    Note: vouchers are only for phases 1–2 and 3. If you have a permanent contract, ask your intermediary about training opportunities.

  • How do I know if I have received a voucher?

    You will always receive an email from Doorzaam with a button to accept your voucher.
