As an Operator Trainee, you will work alongside an experienced operator and learn step by step how to independently operate a modern production line. You will be responsible for cutting, grating, and packaging cheese, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring the production line.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
• Setting up and adjusting machines.
• Solving minor technical issues.
• Recording production data and material usage.
• Contributing ideas for improvements within the production process.
• Supporting and training new colleagues after completing your training.

You will work in a 5-shift schedule:

• 2 day shifts
• 2 evening shifts
• 2 night shifts

After that, you will have 4 days off!

This schedule gives you plenty of free time and an excellent work-life balance.
