As a Green Worker / Grounds Maintenance Worker, you stand firmly on the ground. You know how to get things done, think ahead, and feel responsible for your work and your team. You guide colleagues where needed, but you also work actively alongside them.
At client locations, you carry out all common green maintenance tasks. You ensure a good work distribution, keep an overview, and make sure everything is done neatly and safely. Safe working practices are a top priority for you and your colleagues.
You also enjoy teaching less experienced colleagues the skills of the trade. Together, you help each other move forward every day. At the end of the day, you head home with a sense of satisfaction.
