As a Laboratory Assistant, you are the backbone of our laboratory team. You ensure that our analysts can perform their work optimally by keeping the laboratory well-prepared and organized. No two days are the same, and you will work in a dynamic environment with clear processes and responsibilities.
You will work full-time (40 hours) in a 2-shift system:
Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:30
Your tasks include:
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
Performing incoming quality checks
Cleaning laboratory glassware
Replenishing materials and work inventories
Disposing of samples and laboratory waste according to procedures
Contributing to a clean, safe, and well-organized laboratory
A gross monthly salary between €2,560 and €2,750 (excluding shift allowances)
8% holiday allowance
32 vacation days (based on full-time employment)

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys hands-on work and maintains a clear overview. You:
Have completed at least an MBO level 3 education or equivalent
Have a good command of both Dutch and English
Are available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
Are flexible, proactive, and results-driven
Have a customer-oriented mindset (experience in hospitality or service roles is a plus)
Work well in a team and are always ready to support colleagues
You will be working within the Natural Resources – Minerals business line, where quality, safety, and teamwork are key priorities.
