For a highly automated distribution center in Dordrecht — servicing well-known international brands such as Crocs — we are looking for an experienced and energetic Warehouse Supervisor.
In this role, you will be part of a leadership team of four Supervisors, jointly managing 15 Team Leaders and a large, diverse operational workforce. You will operate in a dynamic, performance-driven environment, where achieving quarterly targets is key to success. This position is ideal for someone who performs well under pressure and enjoys combining structure with flexibility.
Your responsibilities
Lead, coach and support multiple Team Leaders within the warehouse
Take ownership of KPIs related to performance, productivity, quality and safety
Work in a highly automated warehouse environment
Work daily with WMS systems and WCS shuttle systems
Manage a dynamic workday:
Approximately 50% planned leadership, analysis and improvement activities
Approximately 50% ad-hoc problem solving and operational support
Rotate between four different departments (including Outbound and Returns) to build broad operational knowledge
Collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and other stakeholders
Lead a diverse and international workforce, demonstrating strong cultural awareness
Gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €5,500, depending on experience
Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of the annual salary
