You will deliver and collect machines and products from clients in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As a Field Engineer/Truck Driver, you go the extra mile for the customer. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from delivery to communication and service.
A typical workday looks like this:
The evening before, you receive a text message from the planner with your departure time.
The next morning, you pick up your paperwork and the keys to your truck or box truck. Over a cup of coffee, you catch up with your colleagues.
Then you head out to your first address. One day you might deliver a repaired coffee machine to a hospital, the next day you could be collecting a fitness machine from a gym.
At the end of the day, you return to the branch and head home with a sense of accomplishment.
No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what makes the job enjoyable!
In this role, there are no fixed start or end times, so it’s important that you are flexible and don’t mind working long days (10 to 12 hours is certainly possible).
Training and courses to support your ongoing development, such as driving certifications and VCA
Flexible workweek – a non‑five‑day workweek can be discussed
Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for professional goods transport, pay scale D 1‑6 up to E 1‑7, depending on age and experience → €2,782.24 – €3,692.32 per month (excluding overtime and expense allowance)
An active staff association with fun outings and activities
Driver’s license C or CE with Code 95
Technical affinity – you enjoy tackling things yourself and only leave a customer once everything is perfectly arranged
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus
Valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) – we will apply for this during your first month
